Why We Do This
The world has become very good at showing us where we disagree.
A dance floor asks something simpler of us.
For a few hours, we hear the same music, feel the same bass, and move through the same room together. We don’t have to explain ourselves. We don’t have to agree on everything.
Music doesn’t erase our differences. It gives us a place where they don’t have to come first.
That’s part of what these nights are about: getting out of the screen, back into the body, and remembering what it feels like to be present with other people.
